Marvel and adidas are getting ready for Avengers: Doomsday with a new Superstar collection. The first three pairs bring Ant-Man, Shuri, and Doctor Doom to the iconic adidas silhouette.
Each sneaker takes inspiration from its character. The designs also come with special packaging that looks like an action figure box. More styles could join the collection later.
The sneakers are expected to arrive around the movie’s December premiere. adidas has not announced an exact release date or retail price yet.
adidas Superstar “Ant-Man”
Ant-Man gets a bold red and black Superstar. The side panels feature small hexagon patterns that create a textured look.
The Three Stripes use red patent leather. Silver edges add another layer of detail. Black covers the shell toe, laces, and other parts of the shoe.
Ant-Man’s face appears in silver on the tongue. His famous “Pick On Someone Your Own Size” line also appears on the insole.
adidas Superstar “Shuri”
Shuri’s pair takes a darker approach. The sneaker uses textured black leather across the upper.
Gold details add a strong contrast. They take inspiration from the vibranium necklace worn by the Black Panther character. Gold studs also appear on the Three Stripes.
Purple laces and an outsole add another pop of color. More Shuri-inspired details appear on the tongue, insole, and side panels.
adidas Superstar “Doctor Doom”
Doctor Doom gets the most armored look of the three. The sneaker starts with a black leather base.
Grey metallic details cover the Three Stripes and heel. Studded accents give the shoe a rugged finish.
Green appears on the tongue and inner lining. Doctor Doom’s mask sits on the tongue in silver.
The insole adds another character reference with the phrase “Doom Has No Rivals.” A metal detail under the tongue also takes inspiration from Doom’s armor.
When Will the Avengers: Doomsday Superstars Release?
adidas has not confirmed a specific release date or price. Current reports point to a Holiday 2026 launch, likely around the December release of Avengers: Doomsday. Disney currently lists the movie for December 18, 2026.
