Mercedes-Benz is taking the adidas Samba into luxury territory. The German car brand has teamed up with adidas for a sleek new Samba OG. The result blends classic sneaker style with premium Mercedes-Benz details.
The collaboration arrives as part of Mercedes-Benz’s “140 Years of Innovation” celebrations. It also marks the start of a new strategic partnership between Mercedes-Benz and adidas. More projects are expected to follow.
A Samba With Mercedes-Benz Style
The new Samba keeps its classic shape. However, the details give it a much more premium look.
The upper uses leather with a subtle grain. It takes inspiration from the luxury interiors found in Mercedes-Benz cars. The design also features diamond-style stitching inspired by the S-Class interior.
Metal Mercedes-Benz plates replace the usual Samba branding near the Three Stripes. A silver Mercedes-Benz logo also appears on the tongue. These small touches give the sneaker a polished finish.
The shoe comes in three clean colorways. They are Magic Beige, Grey Five, and Black. Each pair uses a monochrome look. That makes the collaboration easy to style while keeping the Mercedes connection front and center.
When Does It Release?
The adidas Samba OG x Mercedes-Benz is set to release on October 13, 2026. The sneaker will be available online and at select adidas stores.
Mercedes-Benz has confirmed that the shoe will be a limited edition. However, the retail price has not been announced yet.
This launch also kicks off a larger partnership between the two brands. So, the Samba may only be the beginning.
For now, Mercedes-Benz fans have a new way to bring some luxury-car energy to their sneaker rotation. And honestly, the classic Samba silhouette looks right at home with the three-pointed star.
